What changed
- Title leads. text-sm/medium, sentence case, two-line clamp. Source and time are small and quiet beneath it.
- Breaking-cluster promotion. Stories carried by 3+ outlets get a top accent stripe and a bold outlets badge. Stories with 2 outlets get the badge but no stripe. Singles stay quiet.
- No tiny mono row. The favicon and category dot stay, but they sit beside the source name in muted text — not as their own confetti row.
